About Unique Fitness

Welcome to our women's only fitness studio! Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for women to achieve their fitness goals.
 

We offer a variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength training, and Dance. Our certified instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about helping our members succeed.
 

Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. We understand the importance of privacy and comfort, which is why we offer a women's only space for our members to workout.
 

We are dedicated to helping our members reach their full potential while empowering and supporting women in their fitness journey. .

Strength & Cardio

This high-energy, full-body workout will leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle your day.
 

Our certified instructors will guide you through a combination of strength training exercises and cardio intervals to help you build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories.

With a variety of equipment and workouts, each class will be a new challenge to keep you motivated and engaged.

HIIT

Get ready to sweat and burn with our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout!

Here at unique, we know you have a busy lifestyle with kids, work and other activities, making going to the gym for two hours impossible. The average HIIT workout is around 30 - 40 minutes. Research has shown that you can achieve more progress in 15 minutes of interval training than you can jogging on a treadmill for an hour.

Whether you want to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break or just can’t mentally get yourself to be in the gym any longer than 30 minutes, a HIIT workout is one of the most efficient ways to get your exercise in and your heart rate up.

Get ready to move and groove with our dance class workout!


This fun and energetic class is perfect for anyone looking to get their heart rate up while having a blast.

 

Our certified instructors will guide you through a variety of dance styles and don't worry, No dance experience is required,! Just bring your energy and a desire to have a good time.
 

Not only will you get a great cardiovascular workout, but you'll also have the opportunity to learn new dance moves and improve your coordination.

Our Studio offers a variety of classes and activities that provide opportunities for our members to come together and build relationships. There is something for everyone, from yoga to strength training to Mother and baby class.

This allows you to fit a workout into your busy schedule and find a class that works for you. With a wide range of classes available, you can mix up your workouts and try new things to keep you motivated.

Can working out really be fun?

ABSOLUTELY! We never want any women to feel that they are not enjoying working out. They should love it!

All of our classes and instructors have upbeat music and positive attitudes throughout, we create an atmosphere for women that other gyms don’t.

We want to make fitness fun and accessible that’s why we have over 100 group classes per week, the best trainers and a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment so we have something for everyone.
